The Republic of South Korea is one of the leading industrial countries in the far east Asia. Korean government schools and private institutions require qualified and well trained teachers for their English classes. As a language institute accredited by the Korean Embassy and South African government, AOECT runs a teacher recruiting programme for government schools and private institutions in Korea. Teachers will primarily be required to conduct English conversation classes at an assigned school. Teachers will also be required to teach Korean English teachers different aspects of ESL methodology or language acquisition, which entails the introduction of useful and innovative methods for using games or other forms of interaction to stimulate a communicative classroom environment.
